How it works

Built for rental companies that want better decisions without guesswork.

1
Create a business account
Automated verification (EIN / business lookup) helps keep the network accountable.
2
Maintain your incident records
Each business is responsible for its own entries. Records are versioned and auditable.
3
Search before you rent
Results show match confidence clearly (exact vs possible) with reliability warnings.
4
Resolve issues transparently
Records can be marked RESOLVED (still visible). Disputes require business response.
Important: BANNEDLISTS does not provide scores or recommendations. We display member-submitted information with consent, audit logs, and dispute workflows.
